Good quality resistance tube with excellent stretchability and consistent resistance. The color looks great, and it's perfect for home workouts, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation exercises. Durable and worth the price.
I had a terrible and incredibly unsafe experience with this Boldfit Resistance Band Set. While using the band for a standard exercise, it snapped mid-workout. The snap was so violent that it hit and injured. This is a massive safety hazard. Resistance bands are supposed to be durable enough to withstand normal tension, but this one failed completely. I am extremely disappointed and upset by the lack of quality and safety. Avoid this product if you value safety.
